Over the years we have handled just about every kind of commercial property development. They have included brownfield sites, greenfield sites and existing developments that require added investment. We are used to dealing with the complex issues likely to be thrown up by modern development.
We are experienced in creating project teams with know how and expertise, and to driving projects forward. We understand the pressures on all parties and our focus is always on decisive and speedy deal making.
Every deal is different and we can act in a variety of roles. As lead developer or in partnerships, whether with vendors, occupiers, local authorities or investors.
